Yoga Kids

A sat down to do a yoga DVD the other day (he's been doing them nearly every day) and CP decided he wanted to do it too (and that he needed a "yoga" mat too).

Alice: Utah, United States; I'm a mom, a wife, a grad student, a blogger, a gardener, and a cake baker. I recently moved back to the community in which I, my father, my grandmother and beyond, were raised, where the stories of my childhood were born. I look up at the mountains and I think of all those who came before me who loved those same mountains. I feel the dirt between my fingers and think of the generations who tilled the same earth.
